Items purchased at Kasper's Boutique may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the limitations listed below. Items cannot be returned if more than 14 days have elapsed from the date of purchase.

 

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition, you received them.

 

Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for exchange. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the same item only.

 

Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift cards
• Opened or used items
• Items for which more than 14 days have elapsed from the date of purchase.
• Items without a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Sale items
